One of his most defining career milestones was architecting and launching SuperStaff’s ISO 27001:2022-compliant Information Security Management System (ISMS)—a full-scale initiative built from the ground up. More than a compliance effort, Billy’s leadership turned the ISMS into a company-wide mindset, aligning information security with business strategy and long-term resilience. His work culminated in SuperStaff being recognized with the 2025 Fortress Cybersecurity Award in the Organizational Excellence category, a powerful validation of his security-first leadership approach.

With over a decade of experience in tech and cybersecurity, Billy has developed a reputation for combining strategic foresight with hands-on technical expertise. His success in ISO implementation led to expanded responsibilities, including leading  the company’s HIPAA compliance program. He has also established internal audit systems to support continuous improvement and risk mitigation. Backed by globally recognized credentials—PECB Certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CompTIA CASP+, CySA+, and Security+, Billy brings a deeply informed and proactive approach to infrastructure and cybersecurity leadership.

When he’s not building secure systems or strengthening compliance frameworks, Billy taps into his creative side through cooking. A passionate home chef, he enjoys experimenting with new recipes and turning everyday ingredients into unique, flavorful meals. Cooking allows him to unwind, stay present, and explore creativity beyond code and configurations.
