This position, reporting to the Director of Application Development, is responsible for leading a team of software developers in designing, developing, maintaining and supporting software applications. Coaches and advises teams developing solutions in areas such as CRM, Web Development and E-commerce. Understands user requirements, leads application development, plans projects, establishes priorities and monitors progress. Evaluates team status and utilization and makes changes to continuously improve team performance.

Motivate and coach agile development teams consisting of analysts, developers, and testers through all aspects of the software development lifecycle.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, typically ten or more years of solid diverse experience in software development or the equivalent in education and work experience.
Demonstrated ability at project management in a software development setting.
Exhibits successful presentation and meeting facilitation skills. Comfortable negotiating and presenting to IT and business leaders.
Strong initiative with regard to maintaining and enhancing technical skills.
Able to establish credibility with clients, partners, and colleagues.
Deep hands-on technical expertise including application design, development, and implementation.
