iSupport Specialist Level 1

Job Summary

An iSupport Specialist Level 1 is responsible for assisting our Territory Representatives and Call Center by completing a variety of administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably with background in Dentistry or Dental Technology
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, or equivalent.
  • Experience in legal services or regulatory compliance a plus.
  • Knowledge or experience with U.S. or Filipino regulations relating to the sale and handling of regulated pharmaceuticals and
    medical devices a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work
  • Can thrive in a fast changing environment and can deal with ambiguities
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
  • Flexibility to work on a mid-shift/graveyard shift

In order to be successful, an iSupport Specialist must possess the following:

  • A strong work ethic that includes neatness and punctuality
  • A proven ability to work with multiple departments and Territory Representatives
  • The ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Solid computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must be fluent in English)
  • The ability to complete tasks accurately and on-time, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ongoing flexibility and commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our sales and business groups
  • Demonstrated track record of similar experience and 4 year degree preferred
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of U.S. retailers and consumer products a plus
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines

Duties and Responsiblities

  • Running necessary business reports and collating the data as needed
  • Accurately and completely communicating required account set-up information to the Treasury Operations Department
  • Submitting various internal requests to Treasury Ops, Design or TRs that require follow up
  • Submitting necessary documentation to our vendor partners to redeem for earned free goods
  • Completing billings for vendor partnerships – includes Practice Mojo, Butler No Charge, OSHA
  • Completing Design department billings for customer orders
  • Entering price overrides for TRs
  • Price conversions
  • Vendor recall billings
  • Assisting on special projects when needed
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
