Marketing Operations Associate

Job Summary

The Marketing Operations Associate is responsible for working with the marketing analytics, merchandising and purchasing team in a variety of roles. In this role, the associate will:

• Work with the marketing analytics team to gather external customer and competitor data
• Manage, maintain, and keep external customer and competitor data current and up to date

• Work with marketing analysts on miscellaneous projects
• Investigate and correct pricing discrepancies identified through daily pricing audits
• Conduct competitive research of product and product pricing
• Maintain a pricing database of competitor information
• Process all internal inbound requests for product addition/changes within a 24-hour period.

• Works closely with the product management team to ensure all product descriptions and photos are accurate and precise
• Attends vendor’s online training sessions to obtain product knowledge
• Responsible for accurately maintaining item flags in Benco’s ERP system relative to supply chain
• Supporting Purchasing team in Maintaining line item due dates.
• Placing Direct Ship POs as time permits

• Process daily automated/manual process of product status request.
• Multi-task between projects and routine responsibilities, including starting something, reaching out to the vendor, starting something new, and coming back to the original task once the vendor responds.
• Serves as a back-up for product data integrity associate when needed

Qualifications

• Senior High graduate or college level/graduate of any business-related course.
• Must be detail-oriented, and possess excellent analytic skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required

• Knowledge of SQL databases is desired
• Preferably with experience using CRM tool and or Unibasic language
• Good communication, problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
