Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary

Benco requires an experienced Technical Support Specialist whose main role is to answer inbound calls from customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and configure PCs and laptops


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-4 yrs. experienced employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • Requires above average customer service and phone skills.
  • A+, Network+, and/or MCP Certification is highly desired.
  • Experience with troubleshooting on MS Windows OS and MS application is expected.
  • Candidate must be professional and hardworking
  • Team-oriented work ethic that includes willingness to help others with a positive attitude.
  • Applicants must be willing to work on night shift.
