Every year, thousands of companies across the United States celebrate Customer Service Week to appreciate customer service teams and the value they offer their clients daily.

We held Customer Service Week on October 26 to 30. Much like a virtual team building, we wanted to celebrate our team members’ efforts and engage the different departments in our company.

Celebrating our wins

We kicked off the week with a Productive Monday photo shoot. Each team member was tasked to take a photo of their work-from-home station, and the winners received cash prizes!

The winning workstations were chosen based on their creativity, comfort, and fun!

Different teams came up with a creative video call shoot, showcasing the teams’ fun side. Congratulations to the Content and SEO and Crown Admin teams for sharing the best entries!

Throughout the week, the CS Week committee also held raffles and guessing games, where the lucky winners received cash prizes.

The week capped off with meals sent to each team member courtesy of Jollibee.
