SuperStaff Joins Pride March to Support LGBTQ+ Rights and Promote Inclusive BPO Culture

SuperStaff proudly took part in Pride PH 2025, joining thousands at the LOV3LABAN Festival held on June 28 at UP Diliman. Under its SuperBahaghari campaign, the company’s participation in this year’s Pride March signals its strong and growing commitment to LGBTQ+ rights and workplace inclusion.

By joining Pride PH 2025, SuperStaff joins the ranks of Philippine companies supporting Pride not only with public visibility but through meaningful internal engagement and policy. The initiative reinforces SuperStaff’s mission to build an inclusive BPO culture where employees of all identities are respected, celebrated, and supported.

SuperBahaghari: A Year-Round Commitment to Pride

The SuperBahaghari campaign is an internal and external DEI initiative under SuperStaff’s SuperHeart corporate social responsibility (CSR) program. 

While it culminated in the company’s vibrant presence at Pride PH 2025, SuperBahaghari is more than a single-day celebration—it is an ongoing movement to spotlight LGBTQ+ identities and support authentic self-expression within the workplace.

In the weeks leading to the event, SuperStaff launched a series of pre-march activities across its Makati and Pampanga sites: volunteer sign-ups, SuperBahaghari shirt distribution, and Slack campaigns to rally employee engagement and allyship.

The Pride PH 2025 March: SuperStaff’s Vibrant Statement

SuperStaff’s delegation stood out at the Pride PH 2025 March with eye-catching SuperBahaghari shirts, cheerful chants, and colorful banners—many featuring the callout “Press 1 for Pride”, a witty nod to the company’s BPO roots.

Employees proudly carried the company’s message of inclusive BPO culture through every step of the parade. A group photo taken near the Oblation statue captured the moment: hundreds of smiling SuperStaffers in rainbow hues, symbolizing unity, visibility, and courage.

Being seen matters. And today, we showed up—for each other,” shared one participant.

 “It’s empowering to walk as yourself—and know your company stands behind you,” another added.

The crowd responded enthusiastically to SuperStaff’s creative presence, with many marchers and spectators stopping to take photos or cheer the group on.

What It Meant to Employees

For many SuperStaffers, Pride PH 2025 was their first time joining a Pride March.

“I never thought I’d see the day where my workplace encouraged me to walk in Pride,” said a Pampanga-based employee.

 “SuperBahaghari gave me the courage to show up fully, both at work and here,” shared another team member from Makati.

On Slack, post-event messages reflected the emotional weight of the experience:

The joy, empowerment, and sense of belonging were undeniable—reinforcing the importance of visibility and active allyship in building inclusive BPO culture.

SuperStaff continues to strengthen its DEI framework through inclusive hiring practices, safe space policies, and employee support systems tailored for LGBTQ+ team members.
