Before joining the BPO industry, Rhayan studied Political Science, where he discovered his passion for leading with purpose. Throughout college, he held multiple leadership roles, including a successful term as President of his college organization—a position that earned him the “Most Outstanding College Organization President for Community Development” award. He was later called back to revive the Political Science Society, which had struggled to maintain its presence on campus. Through collaboration and clear direction, Rhayan rebuilt its reputation. These formative experiences taught him the value of accountability, empathy, and resilience—traits that continue to shape how he manages teams today.
Rhayan finds balance through meaningful routines that keep him connected to what matters most. Sharing a hearty breakfast with his partner and kids is a daily ritual that helps him wind down and reset. He enjoys staying involved at home—whether it’s cooking meals, helping with errands, or pitching in on chores. On weekends, he carves out time to recharge through badminton, a favorite sport that combines movement, focus, and fun.
At the heart of Rhayan’s leadership philosophy is a powerful and personal conviction: “To help and develop others.” Having grown up with firsthand experience of financial hardship, he leads with empathy and purpose.
