Atty. Lovely Rose Lim Uy is SuperStaff’s Corporate Lawyer and Data Protection Officer, helping guide the company’s risk management efforts while supporting strategic business growth. Since joining the company, she has led the development of a company-wide Data Privacy Compliance Program aligned with the National Privacy Commission’s guidelines and the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Her work has resulted in strengthened internal controls, successful client audits, and a culture of accountability across departments. She also spearheaded key policy reforms—such as the Code of Conduct and Work-from-Home Guidelines—ensuring legal integrity in a fast-evolving hybrid workplace.

Atty. Lovely  holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the East and earned her Master of Laws, magna cum laude, from the University of Santo Tomas. A member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, she continues to deepen her legal expertise through advanced seminars, data privacy certifications, and active participation in industry summits like PHILSEC 2025. Her philosophy centers on legal functions not as blockers, but as enablers—creating systems that empower innovation while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.

Outside of her legal practice, Atty. Lovely brings the same passion and clarity to her community. She serves as the Worship Team Leader at her church, and a professor at Global Reciprocal Colleges, mentoring future legal professionals. On weekends, she finds balance through badminton, a sport that sharpens her focus and keeps her energized.
