We launched in 2009 with the goal of supporting our parent company, one of Fortune’s Best Companies to Work For in Health Care and Biopharma. Working with such a high-performing organization set the standard we continue to follow today.
From those beginnings, SuperStaff has grown into a global operation. Companies around the world now rely on us for customer support, back-office solutions, and scalable workforce strategies from the Philippines and Colombia.

2012 — Founded
Established in the Philippines as the dedicated outsourcing arm for its parent company.
2015 — Service Diversification
Expanded into multilingual support, back-office solutions, recruitment process outsourcing, and customer engagement.
2017 — Opened to External Clients
Transitioned from in-house operations to providing BPO and KPO services for U.S. businesses.
2020 — Operational Excellence
Strengthened workforce capabilities, achieving industry-leading talent retention and scaling client teams rapidly.
2021 — Regional Growth in Pampanga
Launched additional operations in Clark and Angeles to tap into new talent pools and infrastructure.
2022 — Global Footprint
Added operations in Colombia and an onshore presence in the U.S., enabling a true onshore–nearshore–offshore model.
